Pcounter for Ricoh

The integration of Pcounter into the device panel is an important step forward for advanced usability and fast, streamlined user workflows.  Pcounter user authentication beomes part of the native familiar user interface.


Pcounter embedded for Ricoh allows centralized control of Ricoh MFPs for authentication and job accounting.  It embeds secure print release, pull printing and accounting features into the touch screen display of Ricoh devices, serving as a direct link between the printers and the Pcounter server software.


Using Ricoh embedded technology, authentication data is directly verified with the Pcounter central database, client billing codes are validated, and print jobs can be securely released from central hold queues on any supported device.

Pcounter’s enhanced application allows for billing codes to be quickly found via an index or favorites list.  Pcounter maintains a billing code history for each user that applies to all printers.  The index feature makes finding a specific client easy, even in large databases.
